An Artist Led-Learning Approach in an MA Industrial Management course on Creative Innovation

This article focuses on the Impact and curriculum benefit of the Creative Innovation course run at LUT University Finland for mid-career professionals with between 6 to 10 years of working life in Industrial Management settings. The course has been co-designed in a multi-professional way with 5 LUT University experts; an innovation professor, senior researcher specialised in collective creativity, senior researcher specialised in arts-based learning methods and artist.
