Chiara Paolino

Chiara Paolino, Ph.D, is an Associate Professor of Organization Theory and HR Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano. She holds a PhD in Management & Business Administration from Bocconi University. She was Visiting PhD candidate at the Lancaster Business School (2007).
Her research focus is on individual and organizational learning, diversity and inclusion, identity and status management, especially in creative sectors and considering the tension between creative and business professions. She is particularly interested in how Art can influence learning and inclusion processes at the workplace.
Her articles appeared in international journals, including Creativity and Innovation Management, Academy of Management Learning & Education, British Journal of Management. She has published book chapters in international handbooks about the role of artistic interventions for a sustainable workplace (in The Art of Fashion Strategic Synergies and Hybridizations between Fashion Brands and Art) and for workforce development (in The Routledge Companion to Arts Management).
Her latest books ‘Le corporate collection in Italia’ (2019) and ‘Innovare l’impresa con l’arte’ (2018), focused on how art can lead strategic change, learning and well-being in the workplace, were published in Italy by IlMulino and Egea.
