Federica De Molli

Partner from Italy

Federica De Molli, Ph.D, is Adjunct Professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC), Milan (Italy) and Visiting Lecturer at the Burgundy Business School, Dijon (France). She holds a PhD from the University of Lugano (Switzerland). Federica has been visiting scholar at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and at BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo (Norway). Her work on organizational aesthetics and space has appeared in academic journals such as Organization Studies, Culture and Organization, International Journal of Work Organization and Emotion, Studi Organizzativi, Sviluppo & Organizzazione. She has written book chapters about organizational creativity and is currently editing a volume for Routledge on the metamorphosis of organizational spaces in cultural and creative sectors. Her current research interests are in cultural and creative organizations, arts-based methods and organizational learning, aesthetics of organizations and art market. In addition to her work in academia, she has been working in project management for companies and cultural organizations, following projects in countries such as France, Luxembourg, Italy and Hong Kong.
